Return and Refund Policy

BEFORE PURCHASING, YOU MUST READ THESE RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE NEXT POLICIES, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM PURCHASING ON THIS SITE.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REMEMBER WE ONLY PROCESS PURCHASES TO THE UNITED STATES.

You can subscribe to our newsletter no matter where you are. We are going to inform you when we will able to process purchases to other countries.

1.Returns

All returns must be postmarked within five (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

In the case of face masks

Due to the nature of the use of face masks, this product cannot be returned. We ensure the selling of sanitized products, that is why we cannot admit returns of face masks.

2.Return process

All returns must be postmarked within five (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@byhandart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

3.Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least three (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the case of face coverings

Due to the nature of the use of face coverings, this product cannot be refunded. We ensure the selling of sanitized products, that is why we admit neither returns nor refunds on face masks.

4.Order Lost – Never Received

We receive notification from the postal office when your order is:

  • At the postal office facility, and ready to go.
  • In transit to its destination.
  • Out for delivery.
  • Delivered.

When your order is delivered, we take proof of the delivery. Before you complain, please be aware of that.

If you do not receive your order within the next ten (10) days after our shipping notification, you must contact us first at sales@byhandart.com. DO NOT PROCEED TO CLAIM TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT TALKING TO US FIRST. 

What if you already demanded a chargeback to your bank account?

In this case, we will use our right to dispute such chargeback, and you will lose the possibility to claim us to ship your order again with no fees.

You could request us to send your order again if you pay us the $15 chargeback plus shipping fees.

That is why we insist you tell us first, and we could find a better solution for your case without wasting your time and money.

5.Exceptions

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • wallets
  • passport holders
  • face masks

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange an exchange.

Please Note

  • A 3% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • You have to send us three (3) photos of the purchased product that is going to be returned to sales@byhandart.com in order to process the return.
