United States of America

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • Orders of products ready to sell are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Personalized orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Backorders can take between 5-10 days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Byhandart ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You also will see it on your Account Section, if you already opened an account on byhandart.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Byhandart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Byhandart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Chile

The shipping company destined to send our products to Chile is Liberty Express. Next, we present the areas or regions where your purchases will arrive. Keep in mind that our shipments are not door to door. They arrive at designated Liberty Express offices.

Shipping Costs to Chile

Once you add your products to the cart, continue to the payment section (Checkout). Enter all your data. You must indicate the Region and the Zip Code of the office where you want to pick up your purchase to guarantee that it reaches the indicated office. Costs will appear once you introduce your data.

What is included in shipping costs to Chile?

Freight, shipping insurance, and customs fees. Byhandart is not responsible for any other amount you would have to pay when picking up your package.
